Thank you for choosing Pambelos Lodge. Please read carefully the following policies regarding your stay.

1. Booking & Payment Procedure

  • Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification. (Please send us the bank transfer receipt via email so we can update your reservation status).

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance (70%) must be paid in full upon your arrival at the lodge.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • The 30% deposit charged at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances of cancellation or modification.

  • No-Show: In case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

  • Early Departure: In case of departure prior to the agreed checkout date, the guest may be charged the full amount of the reservation.

  • Modifications: Cancellations or booking changes (subject to availability) must be made in writing via email or by directly contacting us.

  • Note: Any bank transfer fees are to be covered solely by the guest. For reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb), the terms and conditions of the respective platform apply.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: Access to the accommodation is available from 15:00 onwards.

  • Check-out: Departure and key return must be completed no later than 11:00 AM.

4. House Rules & Restrictions

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the property.

  • Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours between 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00.

  • Damages: Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the equipment or the building during their stay.

5. Taxes & Fees

The listed prices do not include the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (formerly Accommodation Tax), which must be paid separately.

⚠️ Fraud Prevention Warning: Pambelos Lodge will never request any payment via SMS, mobile messaging apps (Viber, WhatsApp, etc.), Western Union, or via bank transfers OUTSIDE of Greece. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any online fraud attempts.
